INDIAN YOUTH-THEIR ASPIRATION, MOTIVATION AND PERCEVERENCE
DESCRIPTION:
Indian youth, the most spectacular barrier for lots of threats. In specific, I feel embarrassing to poke their aspirations, motivations and perception, more or other they sound the same. But it’s an immense pleasure to handle with these peculiar stuffs. And this is not just a JAM to discuss with but the most inviting methodology. Not as a one man show, thereby the below stuffs are the voices and echoes of the so called YOUTH.
Filled with knowledge, innovation, emotions, thoughts, determination and dedication, the students feel proud to even rule economy, striving to their ends. In general, joined hands invite something, but this been broken nowadays. Each one with diversified views, try to commit themselves to stage their part in development. But nothing can be implemented at the same instant but can be nominated the best among the similar stuffs. But those efforts may even screw them up. To study what excites youth, grabs their attention, interests and influences them. Many a factor that promotes some motivation and they try to pursue them.
HARDCORE THREATS:
Tradition, an important part in every life, may even reflect harsher at some extent. Younger people abroad are heading business with passion but that does not prevail in India. Not that Indians are in lack of needs but they are in excess of needs. Initiatives taken, turns commercial at some instants which direct to the perfect threat. Opportunities exist, but still there is no ideal driven young people coming forward. They have motivations but their commercial needs slap those motivations which swell finally. But they are not in a perfect state to choose the more encouraging need that cuddles them. Aspirations and thoughts go in vain. As of now there are lots of jack whelz in India to create a great impact in managing technical stuffs. But without commitment no thought can be aspiration, or no views can be perseverance. But the youth feel the pain of grained pressure due to the existing educational system. No interrogations and interruption among people. Lots of queries arise but nothing voice out properly. Thus the younger people as warriors strive hard to express their perseverance which may create a breakthrough.
PUBLIC VOICE:
When this issue was brought in my university, I felt exhausted, since I got lots of most inviting comments. People triggered a lot. They negotiated, argued and there was great debate. Some were confessed with their basic needs. Many opposed the present educational system. We can’t classify needs according to our situation as everyone is always in need of something. Still they don’t have a perfect hold to ooze out their views. They are bookish and dependent in learning. Many there with various motive but they don’t implement that. Nowadays motivation and aspiration have become thoughts in one’s dream. Still there is an inner agony among the youth to break this system and promote something drastically. In particular, students of my university were rocking in everything, but that they were shouting in a closed room. And still they will do the same. Clubs, communities and sort of much stuff are formed to promote their views. Statistically speaking, 80% of ma college students have some motive. But still commercial thoughts fear them to work out. These go getters suck every stuff and feel healthier with it. They blame the prevailing economy, management, technology, culture and restriction. Ruling powers are not given to students to promote their personal views.
MY BLOG:
I worked out, studied, heard and analyzed many stuffs. I went on a survey in orkut and facebook where most of the youth get hanged up. But it helped me a lot to conclude something. Firstly I just want to make people speak their emotions and inner boils. Not that their aspiration,, motivations and perseverance are the key factors for a determined personality. Its commitment, courage and encouragement that decides. People working in corporate are now provided with all these “BASIC NEEDS”. The executives are more keen and aware on these stuffs. And they are able to voice out something. Not that people in corporate are provided with everything. But they follow or taste the ecstasy of the foreign culture. According to me, its better to follow or depend on their culture to excel. And dependence should be in this way rather than dependence on culture and stuffs. Technology is in great boon now, which is mainly due to the committed work. People abroad are provided with grounds to speak out. And this decides our topic (aspiration, motivation and perseverance). in my above description, I was just retaliating the topic as since India youth are still whispering but not shouting. Hence youth should be brought into management and India should improve in economy which is a great drawback. More capitalized or socialized economy will be more inviting so that many of the threats may turn threats to other nation. Corporate companies should move their hot views on Indian youth. As educational institutions will be the same and no change can be suddenly promoted.
